Mesa on the other hand has an MEC that is sitting on their hands doing nothing because they are a bunch of company men, maybe scared, or possibly paid off by management. That is the difference. The MEC should have filed for mediation long ago.

Very simple. Unstacking=Understaffed. (You are paying the price for Mesa's mismanagement)
PBS is honoring the companies preferences first and when the company is happy, then it will LOOK at what you put and see if it can do anything about it. Most likely not.

Hope you don't hurt your vergina with this spelling now.
I'm happy with PBS granted it took some time to get the fine details down but it's much better than paper. Plus I can avoid pairings with people who take grammar way too seriously.

Mesa meddles with PBS and SAP too much. It's insane really, the micro managing of otherwise automated systems, to go to great length to make sure the pilots never truly have control of anything related to their QOL. Que the ultra senior CA's and FO's who never upgraded to disagree.

I am going to have to disagree with you on this. Delta, Southwest, United, American, etc., the list goes on and on are getting new contracts and they have not had a pilot shortage problem causing it. Frontier is already in mediation and doing all the right things they need to do to get to a strike if needed.
