When SAP/Flica opens try not to pick up open time first. Wait a little bit and pick up a fellow pilots trade/drop. I'd rather help out a pilot than to help this company.

Well... For a senior CA to go to some one like Frontier or Spirit, it is going to sting first few years pay wise...
AND they have the same exact problem, no leverage for a new contract, because regional pilots are flooding them with resume's.

I would say all that Spirit has the money to pay its pilots just won't same at SW.

For an airline already bleeding FO's, this months CRJ FO lines are not going to help.

Good. And pretty soon our on-time performance will be reflected as part of AA and UA's on-time performance, too. Bring on the squeeze.

But JO said in the last conference call that there are over 100 applicants a month, and that Mesa is selective with whom they hire, and his former MEC chairman recruiter has no issue filling classes because candidates know that Mesa pilots make the most money over 5 years. What gives? Is he delusional, disconnected from reality, in denial, dumb, or dishonest? Gotta be one of the D's and I think I can narrow it down...I don't think he's dumb. Methinks you guys are going to have a rough year ahead of you. Good luck.
