Here is some fun reading. It is not in chronological order. Gain some knowledge and form your own opinion.

Lemmings running off a cliff. Instead of Disney chasing them off the edge it's JO and company.
And heres a reference for the Lemmings comment..

So the company is asking folks to let crew tracking know if they are willing to pick up extra flying in regard to the looming hurricane disaster. I wonder how much they are willing to pony up in the event we don't come running to their aid? I'm not suggesting an illegal work action (else we get Richard slapped by the feds), but we as a pilot group should let them come to us when things get dicey and the company becomes desperate to get flights off the ground.

Remember, staffing airplanes is their problem and not ours. I'm sure most of us are willing to help out if the price is right

You're right....proper scheduling and staffing is the company's problem. If the pilot group could not pick up open time during sap/flica they would have to offer more incentive. AND, if the pilot group waits until it's offered at 300% would show #UNITY

Was thinking of a lateral, but riding Mesa into the ground sounds kind of interesting. I mean, who knows what kind of crazy stuff will happen in the next year. No idea why a single FO still works here. Maybe they want to watch it sink too? At least I'm getting PIC time out of the deal.
