Depends on your longevity, but IIRC it's a little over 2 hours per bid period for those of us hired post BK. They will buy it back at 25% for those with perfect attendance, and 10% for those who have missed three days or less over the year.

All of that can be answered with 30 seconds of actually reading the contract. There's a whole section (Section 8: Sick Leave). Explains it all.

And no, I do not have it and wouldn't know where to find it. It was never given to us in training.

You are not provided a copy in training even though, if I remember correctly, it states in the contract that the company is required to do so. Should have been my first clue that the company doesn't respect ALPA and that ALPA doesn't care.

This is my point that we are dealing with. Instead of educating yourself you expect someone else to provide you the information on something that you should already know because you know your contract.

And how long have you been here and done nothing about getting one? It's a 10 second download off the alpa site. How can you know your rights and what is and isn't legal without having read your contract?
