Maybe I am wrong, we shall see. But I'm just going off of the impression I get from flying with a lot of the lifer CAs in PHX. They are nice guys, but most of them are "company men" just like that guy in the video who has been here since 1983 and doesn't plan on leaving. They don't want to rock the boat because with that kind of longevity and years remaining to retirement, they are better off sticking it out here until the end and taking whatever they can get in the process.
Also I've been accused of having a bad attitude by some of these guys because I think we should get paid more and see things like min day pay and better work rules spelled out in our contract. I always get the same "you should just be happy to be here flying a large regional jet" type response. Now I could be wrong but I feel that most of these types will be voting yes.

Don't worry you aren't alone. I'm here in IAH getting the same reputation. I came from another airline and I would rather see this place go away than sell out.

Sometimes it is difficult to get an accurate pulse of how an airlines pilot group is feeling these days. What grade would be an honest appraisal of the Mesa pilot group as a whole? B? D?
In the past year it seems a bit manic on the forums.
Thanks for your honest appraisal.

It's a "no" from most I've talked to. The only "yes's" have come from people heavily involved with the union (shocker).

I'm a CA in IAH and I don't know of anyone who finds this TA as anything short of laughable, let alone even considering a Yes vote.

Comments under the MAG Facebook aren't too pretty either.
