I left Mesa 8 years ago. Someone was kind enough to send me that MEC video about the contract, so I came on here to read some of the posts.

There is nothing in this TA for senior pilots, that is what I don't get.
Maybe there is something somewhere else in this deal for the MEC😜.

Not trying to sound like a dicckk but I really don't have much sympathy for the senior pilots. They made a career out of the regionals, I mean what did they expect? To be paid like mainline or something?

You don't sound like a dick. You sound like a dumbass. I'm not referring to your proven inability to grasp proper grammar, spelling or punctuation; I'm speaking more towards your ignorance concerning the regional airline history spanning the last 15+ years.
So many of us were going to "get our time and get out" like I'm sure is what you're currently banking on. Myself and many of my peers are on year 10 and still trying but I'm sure you have more to offer the big boys as soon as you meet their minimums.

You should thank baby Jesus nightly that Mesa was conducting phone interviews when you were hired.

But in all seriousness, the lifers make 80k+ a year while the first year FO's don't even make a livable wage. And THEY think they are underpaid, ha.

We're all underpaid. A good chunk of the lifers are victims of the Lost Decade and circumstance. Even then, many are still trying to move on. I find most of them want to improve this place for everyone here, so why vilify them?
