With this TA, the only time CMF/CML will ever apply is in the extremely (impossibly) rare event that there are two pilots with the same amount of block for the month who both have equal availability, and are both legal to do the assignment--that is the only time our seniority and our preference to fly or not fly will ever be taken into consideration. This includes Long-Calls.

The reserve section is a huge concession in QOL, as it essentially takes seniority completely out of picture when it comes to who gets what from open time. It provides the company with a callout priority system in which they minimize the chances of anyone ever breaking guarantee or timing out, seniority be damned.
