On a side note, wanted to make sure Mesa people are on board with this. If there was ever an airline whose pilots needed a better job to move on to, it's us.

Wow most junior CA line holder in IAH just finished IOE a week ago. Completely unfathomable in the regional world. No wonder everyone wants to jump to the Ejet.
