Speaking of captain's I'm getting real tired of flying with newly upgraded captain's that can't even speak ****ing English. I shouldn't have to repeat every instruction ATC gives us. That is all.

I am bored so I am going to pontificate here.
I also can't wait for ScottyDo to upgrade, and he has an FO who is just like him.
As for Captains, nothing is worse than a CA who complains about his FO's, especially behind their back, in the crew room. It makes you look like an ass, and everyone loses respect for you.
My view on being a CA, best advice I can give is that you have patience, you treat everyone the way you wish to be treated, AND YOU HELP NEW FO's who are struggling.
YES Your job is 100 times harder when your with a weak FO, and YES it is your job to help them succeed, not belittle them. Damnit, the female unit wants my attention...
