So is anyone planing on voting yes? Or still legitimately undecided?

I kept an open mind. I wanted this to be something good for the pilot group and the company. However, after reading the TA I feel it is obvious that there are too many issues that were not even addressed by our union. Insurance, reserve buffer transparency, and hotel quality just to name a few topics.

My decision is NO!!!

It wasn't cool to prevent us from going over to the aircraft in the first place. 2 yr captains have better schedules and then 14 yr cry ca's

Isn't the alternative no change at all? If that's the case, yes is the only logical vote.

Wow...are you Mgmt? The alternative is go back and get more, because this is not acceptable.

As mentioned in a previous post, if they prove to have negotiated in good faith, there is no more. It's this or nothing. Maybe that's wrong, but from what I've read so far, that's how it's going to work.

Those Captains were rightfully awarded their seat under the current contract. I'm sorry you couldn't bid over but that doesn't give you a claim to someone else's seat. You should certainly be able to hold any position your seniority allows but the right way to do it is to wait for a vacancy and bid like everyone else.

I think that is a little bit too wishful a thought process

I think JO is going to retire in 2020. Seriously, how old is he now? He has enough money. He had his fun. Things are getting worse and so much harder to make money at the regional level why would he want to go past 2020 when all our contracts expire at the same time. So this is just putting finishing touches on his next 5 years is all. My thoughts anyway.
