Considering Skywest doesn't have a contract. Doesn't negotiate anything contract related. And is basically at the whim of the company on pay. We really have 0 effect on your ability to negotiate anything.

No one even mentioned your family you looser. But the "sick grandmother" excuse is a good one to justify not being able to get hired anywhere else lol.

Am sorry Scottydodo, I forgot to ask your permission to come work at this airline. Its my excuse to come here, I got the Mesa bug as well as everyone else, you know its contagious since everyone is coming over to Mesa now. Am going to turn in my resignation tomorrow. Hope you will find it in your heart to forgive me SIR.

Dude, you're unstable. People like this need to have their medical pulled.

Anyway, back on topic here. Noticed they gave 8 people the upgrade on the standing bid to the 175. Looks like attrition must be picking up. They ran 10 earlier in the month, then a surprise 6. So far we have awarded 18 this month for upgrade to the 175, that is if my calculations are correct.
Yup. You got me all figured out.

Ahhh, I see. Same as me, no personal experience. But unlike you, I have friends whom I hold in high regard (some still at Mesa, some at a major already), and they tell me Mesa's training department are top-notch. And I know what type of training they received prior to going to Mesa, so when they say it's good, I know it's good. Ergo, I have respect for their training department, though I have never gone thru it.
