I don't have any info but I was used to volunteer at my previous company and It just seems everybody makes up stuff in the absence of information.

I have direct info from the NC. It had nothing to do with the company and was 100% a personal decision, nothing to do with the job or the MEC.

You volunteer for the Union, then you realize it is a full time job that interferes with your time off, gets in the way of family life. The only people who should volunteer are single people with no life outside of the job.

Reserve grids are getting bad, in fact i'm hearing that they are single digits in IAD.. maybe someone can verify.
No new contract in sight.
And most importantly for the company, the quick upgrade is LONG long long long gone. I'm holindg out for the 175 and with only 10 upgrades per month, its gonna take a while even for a late 2014 hire.
So the worst pay in the industry and the highest benefit costs with no quick upgrades is making this a very hard choice for anyone.

I waited for my FO last night while the crew tracking systems were down... Cancelled flight due to "operational difficulties." Lol

I guess JO has cracked the code to filling classes! No interview, if you can breath and have 1500 come on down. If you failed out at another regional no problem.
