Not sure you can say $25.84 for 72 hours is that much better than $22.18 for 76 hours. I mean, before taxes, that's about $2100 a year. Better than a sharp stick in the eye, but "much" better? Meh.

Agreed. I know we all have "a friend"... But one of the guys in a little flying group that I'm involved with is a 17 year FO with AA and also is a part of the hiring process. He assures me that they hire from many backgrounds and airlines. He said the TPIC is the key.... and build your resume beyond just being able to fly an airplane. I asked him how does someone stand out when there are thousands of apps all the time. He asked "THE" guy in charge of setting up hiring and that man said they type in the different criteria to keep a diverse work group and pull from those names.

Yea it's funny how you only see the new Envoy guys coming in here pulling that crap. I guess because the 10 year guys still waiting to "flow" know better.

Looks like they forgot to de-identify it fully if it's the same one I'm looking at. Oops. He was awarded CRJ CA last go round but said guy is no longer on the seniority list.
