So the last CRJ class was the exact opposite of mostly full. The fun is coming, especially on the CRJ side of the house.
Any details possible to post? I think I know who you're referring to; more interested in what happened so as to avoid whatever it was that earned him a vacation.

Don't be an extreme prick to your fellow crewmembers, especially as an LCA, and you won't have to worry about it.

Seniority list shows 12 people in Oct. but there are gaps in seniority numbers, indicating 21 total (1173-1194) started indoc. Not sure spilt between ejet/CRJ but historically the ejet guys get put in the list and the CRJ guys get added after they get thru training. I heard 2nd hand only 5 showed up in Nov...interested to see the next list update.

An individual in my class finished IOE and then got a call from PSA. He lives an hour and a half from TYS. He starts training in December. He turned in his resignation letter and they told him that his last pay check was being applied to his training contact. They sent him an email with a copy of the contract telling him what he now owes minus his confiscated paycheck.

Quits as soon as you are done with IOE, I can't possibly see how this would make some one angry in PHX

Yeah, I counted 25 pilots in the photo of the Oct class, so what you're saying makes sense. My class in 2014 had 28 in it so 25 isn't that far off normal.

As for the seniority list, they wait until they are assigned a base until posting the CRJ guys on the list. Since there's only one base for the 175, they put them on right away.

No doubt hiring is starting to get challenging, but I'm not sure we're in quite the dire straits being made out by some here just yet.

How much flying is being added on the CRJ side of the house? And when?

I'm not MK. The short answer is lack of professionalism.
