I don't keep a no fly list in my bid but I drop/swap trips with some of them if I can.
Same here I rather get the best schedule I can get then swap out of it later.

Since when does scheduling get to notify us via email? No thanks, I'll wait for the phone call...

Anyone else notice that they no longer are listing people who resigned from the rosters? Things must be getting bad if they are trying to hide how many people are leaving.
I have to agree, they can't find enough people to replace those leaving, AND for growth that they want... Perhaps we are the next RAH...

I wonder if they're going to pull a page from Republic and try to LOA a new pay scale.

Well, I think the pilot group as a whole have resigned themselves to the idea of getting out asap, rather than waiting for the management or even our Union(same thing) to get competitive with pilot compensation. Only a few of us with zero 121 time were able to snag a fast upgrade. You're money ahead going elsewhere starting close to 40$. They are going to have to do something soon before the bleeding gets bad.

I'm thinking they'll try a new hire bonus before getting to that point.

Anything's possible but JO is on record several times saying he doesn't want to go that route.

A new hire bonus will only speed up the attrition further exacerbating the problem.

The problem is twofold:
1) Attracting new hires
2) Pilot retention

Endeavor management figured that out quickly. The quarterly bonuses satisfy both sides of that equation.

If Mesa would do what Endeavor does, I would be happy here
