Don't take it personally, but some people just were not meant to fly for the airlines.

And for those wanting to come here specifically for the PHX base, DON'T do it for the sake of your career progression. You will not upgrade out west until you are old enough to be a member of AARP. And I'm not even exaggerating.

Go to a company that is at least taking positive steps towards valuing their pilots for what we are worth, not that such a thing exists in the regional world, and GTFO of the regionals as soon as you can.
Most CA upgrades go to DFW, right? How long to hold IAD captain?

Whoa ? This sounds seriously corrupt. Did I read that right? Are you saying they are offering monetary incentives on the side to new hires. Items not declared or disbursed equally amongst all. Yes, can we get some clarification on what new hires are alloted/entitled to receive? Just curious

According to the most recent seniority list, most junior IAD CA is 8/21/0214. 20 from the bottom is a 1/12/2006 hire, and about half of the most junior's seniority.

Most junior DFW CA is 3/5/2015 and near 1000 on the seniority list. 20 from the bottom is 3/13/2014 and about 1/3 of his seniority higher.

Most junior E-jet CA is 6/5/2014 and 20 up from the bottom is 11/14/2013.

So are the PVR overnights are gone forever with no hope of them returning? There goes my dreams of having another 30 hour overnight on the beaches of Mexico on Christmas.

So they are now paying for iPads, and a stipend for a crash pad... If you are a lifer at Mesa, perhaps it is time to re-think things...

Back when I started they would give you an advance for the iPad. Is that what they're doing?
