So because I don't want to jump ship, give up my seniority, and take a sooner rather than later upgrade to an even worse operation that makes me a lifer at this joint? lol you don't even know me bro.

I wondered how long it was going to take for a SkyWest "mainline" guy to jump in.

Whatever. Look, I totally get if jumping ship is not what you choose to do, but to say that any operation is worse than Mesa is a complete joke. What exactly are you basing this on? How does who I work for have any bearing on it?

Because you have your own thread to go annoy people at. But if you really think a place with a bunch of busted up turbo props and 50 seaters that will probably all be gone in the next 5 years is a good move then by all means. You say Mesa is the bottom of the barrel but have you ever heard of places like idk GoJet, TSA, PSA, XJET, Silver, and Horizon? Yea Mesa's pay is not any where it should be right now, but at least we aren't downing fellow pilots by voting in such a crap contract. Insider tip: no one is buying 50 seaters any more, that says a little bit right there. All mainline is doing now is shifting around the remaining 50 seaters or parking them in the desert.

HAHA...Did you really just include Horizon in the same sentence as GoJet in reference to being the "bottom of the barrel"?

Not keeping up with the times very much are ya? From the sounds of it, they are about to go down in flames.

They are not getting new flying, but that's because they have higher costs than say, SkyWest. It's been a place people actually wanted to work at, as opposed to being the only place that wold take you. When you bring up "bottom of the barrel", people instantly think of places like Great Lakes, Mesa, GoJet, etc. These are places that have a terrible reputation within the industry. I get what you are trying to say, but there's probably a better way to deliver your message.
