Thanks for the breakdown. And one more question if anyone can shed some light on this...

So let's say that you are a PHX FO awarded E175 CA...does the company still consider you PHX based throughout the transition? I'm a PHX based commuter and am not interested in paying for my own lodging and transportation for 3-4 weeks while attending ground school. I may transfer to DFW or IAD of that is the case.
