It says Mesa and all United Express pilots as a whole. It hasn't been implemented yet, but I can't imagine too many captains are actually going to allow this to happen.

Not sure where y'all are getting this info from, it's contrary to what we've received from company.
Mesa, and all other regionals, will have priority on their own metal.
