Your argument is invalid. 1) we will have a lot of people hitting 1k hrs in the next few months and there won't be many more people leap frogging. 2) the most junior ejet CA is a May 2014 hire. Not like anyone is really jumping seniority on the ejet side. 3) who cares? If someone wants to sit reserve for an extended period of time and other people are legally qualified, then who cares? What do you want Mesa to do, not take on flying until every FO has 1k 121 hours?

I think he maybe possibly mad because if someone took say CRJ IAD CA upgrade 12 months ago vs E175 IAH CA at the same time, the CRJ guy is still on RSV and the 175 guy is a mid level seniority wise line holder.
To add insult to injury the 175 is taking the good IAD flying; TX, MCI, OKC legs, and funny enough stuff out of IAD is going junior on the 175 as the senior guys want to stick with the IAH out and backs.
So a 2013 lineholder can hold a trip like
IAH-SAT-IAD-DFW-IAD-JAX-IAH...
whereas those kind of legs go to a 2003 hire on the CRJ IAD.

Bro why you so passive aggressive about this damn job, you probably suck to sit next to on a 4 day, oh wait I don't have to work those because my senority holds CA IAH day trips as a Spring '13 hire. lol
And I keep giggling because when they say "descend via" you have to touch the throttles and manually input altitudes, is that why your always so angry bruh?
