Yeah I particularly enjoyed the part where he feigned ignorance pretending to not know how base pay worked and repeatedly claimed second year Captains made "$75/hr" while no one corrected him. Nice guy routine aside let's not forget this is JO we're talking about here.

So I listened to the call, and I am left with the feeling that we are in a real sad state of affaires. A yes or no vote is a win win for the company. According to the union we will never see industry average pay or QOL. If you don't have previous 121 time the union all but said that every other regional can off much better opportunities. If you are a new FO who needs to get to 1000 hours I don't see how you upgrade here based on the current aircraft. I see our future looking much like RAH as soon as growth stops. And if our block hour rate is as much, or more than places like Compass even with the lowest paid pilots in the industry how are we going to get new flying? Flying mind you the union just said is pretty much scoped out. If your going to get stuck as an FO for the next 3-5 years there is a lot of other options from a pure $ stand point.

14.5 hours out. Happy NO voting. Keep in mind, if you vote yes, you are keeping the company and the industry down. We can and need to do better. We need to triumph over the corporate greed and union shenanigans. Any TA worth voting in doesn't need a full court press sales job (nor condescension from our paid representation); we will read it and spread our opinions on its merits if it has some. This TA has no merits.
