On the way...15 Ejets and 7CRJs. FO's should bail regardless. Why upgrade with a company that treats you like crap. (Please see current contract or proposed TA for reference) You may be here longer than planned. I wish I had better options as a new hire back in the day but Mesa was the only one. At least I can warn those with a choice.
