Sounds safe, and from looking at your past posts that show when you upgraded at TSA that tells me that you've been in the industry about a third of the time that I have.

Be gone now little one.

Because TSA was given ExpressJet airplanes. You can't have it both ways. You talk trash about Mesa because we get awarded flying for being cheap, but then brag about your upgrade that you got as a result of growth...growth that came directly from a more expensive airline.

You're missing the point. The point is, you're justifying low wages because you'll make more with a quick upgrade. That's not true.

The point is don't you have SOMETHING, like anything at all, better to do than spend a significant amount of time bashing other pilots and companies on the internet?

Or are you just a tool in real life, like you show up to jumpseat on Mesa and are like "Hey, must suck to be you, mind if I catch a ride with you?"

Edit: and I'm not justifying anything. I'm happy. Regardless of my pay. I'm happy here. So leave me alone and go do something fun instead.

I don't hate anyone, except those who treat others unfairly. If CBreezy, or even that other guy who appears to have been banned by his absence on this forum, show up on my jump seat, I will not deny them. Heck, the last jump seater I had was an Envoy guy and we had a frank discussion about how Envoy guys view Mesa, and at the end of it, he helped me with figuring out passenger loads and I got home that night. At the end of the day, all of us just want to get home and be with our loved ones, and we all have the same career goals and expectations. I don't try to get caught up in this inter-regional flame baiting troll match. All of us are at the regional we are with today because of luck, and what was available to us at the time. I think very, very few of us had the luxury to pick and choose, and analyze every last detail in a contract, except for the new guys right now.
The attrition is starting to pick up with our senior captains, one just left for Alaska Airlines, I see people upgrading at Mesa for the foreseeable future.

People were trying to have a rational discussion about your upcoming contract...hoping you wouldn't settle for for anything less than average. That's hardly a reason to deny someone a Jumpseat, and I certainly wouldn't call it flame baiting. Anyway, we weren't apart of that sh!t show on the last thread where you guys started outing each other and airing your dirty laundry out...lol. It was pretty entertaining though. As far as your proposed contract, your gonna vote the way your gonna vote...no sense in arguing about it anymore.

I am going to read it first, something we all should do before jumping to any conclusions.

Get it? It's a jump to conclusion map!

It had different conclusions, that you could jump to!

Why do you spout an elitist attitude and insist that it DOES matter that you may or may not rake in an extra 1 or 2g per year compared to others? Dude. You make dirt compared to what ALL of us regional pilots should be paid. We all make dirt.
Considering we're doing the jobs of major airlines, we should be paid as such.
So, collectively we have a long way to go. All of us. You are in no better position to fixing this industry because you may make a couple extra thousand per year. That's not impressive, it's not cool, no one looks up to you. If something like that really makes you feel like you are better than someone else, then you were seriously misguided as a child. Grow up. Some of you need a serious reality check.

That's the worst idea I've ever heard in my life, Tom.
