Still running three new hire classes per month. No one is terminated without multiple failures and in most cases, multiple training review boards where the Union has a vote. Are you now linking a fight between two CAE sim techs to training failures?

This thread has completely derailed. To answer Delta Juliet I'm pretty sure United buys guys out for their time possibly at time and a half but not sure on that part. And there is just no way our training department is washing out people that can fly. If you're a dick and struggling I'm sure they'll have no problem letting you go.

I am sorry but I can't help but use my criminal defense degree in profiling here. These posts exactly match a guy that got butt hurt in the sim and washed out of training. Trying to get some sort of sympathy. Or to justify to everyone else his epic fail. We just had a guy do three different ioe trainings and still passed. That's over 100 hours.

And even if they were washing out every good pilot we could always just head on down the road to PSA. I hear they really value their pilots

These very statements lets me know how truly detached you are from the recent happenings in Phoenix. And that name calling, your level of
maturity is really outstanding what are you Captain of the junior high debate team? Everything you said about the process is true except Mesa has not been doing that lately.

Personally attacking me or anyone else you have a disagreement with is immature in the least and very,very childish. All what you guys say is true about multiple TRB's hand holding etc. Mesa will do everything they can to get people through. That has changed and very recently. Kinda like weather, but if someone told you that you would probably resort to your Trump Isms and start spewing stuff you know nothing about. That "loser" I reccomended has 3 types and was flying while you were in diapers, which apparently by your post I wonder if you still are, at least mentally.
