It is absolutely insane that we live in a society where someone can borrow $100,000 at a ~4% interest rate with zero credit check--to get a BA, MA, and PhD in philosophy or Art History, but if you want to go do flight training--something that directly leads to a job--nooooooooooo, that's not allowed, because aviation didn't exist in ancient Rome, or when Oxford and Cambridge and the Sorbonne were churning out scholarly gentlemen in the Renaissance.
That's awfully specific. And when did it go from 30 to 18?

Delta just reached a TA with their pilots. How long have they been negotiating? And, How long have we? My point is that ALPA doesn't give a crap about the regionals.
