Going on 8 months since my request to interview e-mail, and endless phone calls / e-mails, calls to recruiters from Mesa employees, etc.... <insert Jeopardy theme song>

So anyone who got a class date offer had any further contact from recruiting?

Just because Mesa has 175's coming owned by UAL, there is a ton of risk in that type of business.

I hope it all works out well for my humble friends at Mesa that have gone through seriously tough times. For you... I just pray you shut up and learn a bit from those guys over the next 12 months before you upgrade.
This is for Prior, not sux4u....
Your comments continually hint at a bit of immaturity. I was thinking the same as bold/quoted text above, but I really pray for your passengers. Hopefully, your upgrade is more like five years away. This may give you a bit of time to grow up.

Just finished reading the last 40 pages or so basically everything from the last 2 months. I am currently an FO at a stagnated turboprop regional and have a few questions for anyone willing to help.

First off how many total crews are based in CLT and how hard is it to get in CLT after training then to hold a line?

How are the lines for days off on the most junior stuff? Number and length of legs? (I know 117 will change a lot)

I read a bunch of people talking about more 900's in past pages. Where does this come from and is it likely to actually happen or just rumor?

I just added Mesa as a targeted airline on my airline apps. Any word on how long it takes to hear or what they are looking for?

Anything I can do or anyone I can contact to move the process along?

Any idea when the next class is and if there are still spaces available?

Thanks to all in advance for any helpful information!

You can probably get into CLT pretty quick. I'm seeing a lot of new faces. The CRJ 900 RUMOR is for Airways out of CLT I'm pretty sure. You can expect 4 day trips with 11 days off minimum a month. Schedules and day offs change monthly. Ex. I have many two days bumped up against four days (six days total) with 15 days off this month. But July, August, September and October had 11 days off and all four day trips. As for when you can hold a line and other factors like that. Some of the newer guys on here should be able to help you more. Sounds like some of the guys aren't getting called back for interviews. Some have been offered a job next fall. If we were to get additional flying soon you would think they would be offered jobs in the spring. Anyway they will need more pilots this next year for sure so I guess keep trying. And if some of the newer guys can help out on line holding wait times and such, feel free to jump in.

With respect MD11, I think bringing "passengers" into the mix of an online conversation, and hinting that a professional pilot is somehow unsafe because of what you think you've interpreted from postings on an internet forum is dangerous, slanderous, and pattently unfair.

If I called you a derogetory name or something, the moderators would be jumping down my throat and deleting my posts, but what you've done is worse and strikes at the heart of what pilots hold most dear, their ability to do their job well.

maturity? Check yourself dude.

Go ahead skillett and call us butt buddies again, I don't care. Prior121 has contributed a great amount of value to this thread, as have you. Sure he may be wrong, but thats the beauty of the debate...

Past all that. I'm not here to put people down anymore. But Prior is being immature toward some of the other post. I'm just answering his question in that last thread. Since he brought it up again, I thought I would direct it back at him.

They are already into next Fall?

Sounds like there's a real gold rush on for the quick upgrade.
