I NEVER thought in a million years I would even consider Mesa but with the easy bases and changes in 117 now it might not be a bad option. Could anyone tell me about the training program(recent) and how bad is that contract?
Training is easy for some, hard for others, so that's hard to say. Are you good at studying? How's your self-discipline? You'll be fine if you buckle down and get the information into your brain and take it seriously. Yeah, they spoon feed it, but your oral and check ride are not going to be any easier just because of that.
The contract is crap, period. The philosophy here is that a cheap company can secure more contracts. Securing more contracts supposedly keeps upgrades low. Low upgrades are touted as better than a good contract. Whether any of that is true for you... well, that's up to you to decide.
