Actually your contract is basically the same as PSA regarding downgrades. PSA would only downgrade if they were also furloughing. It's the same at Mesa.

Ah, forgive me, someone in the PSA thread said PSA's contract states a current CA could lose his CA spot if as FO senior to reached mins, and that CA would be downgraded.

This was addressed a few pages back. Mesa has a lot of lifer Captains and low-time FO's, so naturally it won't be a big chunk of the hiring demographic for a year or two.

Lol how many more pilots does Xjet and skywest have than Mesa. A couple years ago Mesa had what less than 600 pilots.
