Just got a call from a recruiter stating he can get me on the 175 out of IAH, is this realistic or just blowing the same old smoke to get me aboard?

That's how I got hired.. told him I wanted IAH or nothing else. Was offered the Ejet on the spot. I'm sure it's real.

Given my source, I can say it's a fact, no longer a rumor. I would say who I got the info from, but as this is a public forum, I would hate to get that person in trouble- not that an exec can really get in trouble- who knows.
69 total EJETS will be on property is what I'm told.
Just remember, my source also told me about the first 30 back in Spring of 2013.
I hope the training dept has that street CA curriculum almost ready.....

We can't do Delta without another carrier certificate. Until we figure out a way to do that, there's no Delta

It has actually been around closer to a year and has even been hinted at in official company emails. I think there is indeed something to see here which is what worries me. No matter much we all plug our ears and scream la la la it hasn't gone away.

Ok so we just had this discussion in phx the other day withan executive management member of the company. United has been very happy with the performance of Mesa. We most likely will get more of the 175. 24-30 more. Most likely (83% likely) ord or another Chicago base. Denver is most likely not going to happen, and lax is a hell no. Company has been offered 200 flying and JO turned it down. They have no reason, need, or want to take on more 200's. Why take a old outdated inefficient aircraft when we could have new aircraft with long term contracts. Future is with the +50 seaters. If Mesa agrees to more e jets they will have to fly them for the price that they quoted United 2 years ago. That is just what we were told at least
