Anyone that was hired with 1500 hours and has 1000 121 sic should have the following:

-2500 total time (1500+1000=2500, right?)
-1000 121 sic
-1000 TOTAL PIC (not to be confused with 135/91(k) multi engine pic which is a separate box.)

If you read it again, you'll see that of the five boxes, three criteria must be met.

Good god seriously.

I just heard a new hire on reserve complaining about not having upgraded yet. The guys is like a September hire....

Then this clown goes onto talking about how he's almost at 2k total time and soon will be competitive for getting hired at United.

Needless to say I'm not visiting the crew rooms anymore.

How many go-arounds/real emergency situations has he ecountered? One? Zero?

I'm terrified of the current experience level at which Mesa allows people to upgrade--let's not go any lower.
^^^^^ This

I cringe(d) every time I had to fly with one of those 7 year PHX FO to 3 month IAD CAs because they just don't have the experience of deicing, winter ops, RVRs, etc.

You could tell the entire trip, (especially if there was weather) they were barely keeping their head above water.

This upgrade who had spent his whole time in PHX told me he had shot an approach maybe twice in the last two years in PHX system.

Another had zero understanding of reduced takeoff mins.

What upgrade time would you expect for a guy with 3000 MIL time of which he has 500 PIC in MEJ multi crew aircraft that can be counted toward the 1000hr 121 time? Bottom line he would need 500hrs of 121 SIC time to be over the CA mins? From training to completion of IOE? To being eligible and have the seniority # for CA?
