If you don't have a domicile then you're out-of-domicile until you are assigned one and they should be paying perdiem 24/7. They're trying to have their cake and eat yours too, the union should get this addressed.

There's that whole "other than a new hire pilot in training" phrase in there that kinda ties the union's hands.

I have a serious question. Please submit only helpful answers.
How does Mesa keep attracting new pilots?
Pilot pay is one of the worst.
Per Diem is the worst.
Upgrade times are not always certain.
No per Diem during training.
Please add your educated, professional and mature answers.

Good question, the sooner they have trouble finding guys, the sooner we'll move forward in negotiations. Since when are upgrade times certain anywhere?

SJS, 16 month upgrade, single occupancy hotel in training, and Republic, TSA, and Endeavor aren't any better. And not everyone fits the SkyWest mold.
