Let's say you have 107 planes. And 7 pilots per plane. That's 750 line pilots required? And the other 200-300 are mgt pilots, pilots on leave etc?

There are also about 84 pilots in training/IOE status (a handful are still on line awaiting a class date in Jan) So about 167 pilots are not currently on line out of the 984 that were listed. Currently 92 airplanes online. Will increase to 107 by the end of the summer. So current ratio is running around 9 pilots per airplane. |
