-Not sure if I would agree with Mesa being less stable than PSA or TSA
- Mesa is an all 70-79 seat operation
- TSA all 50 seat operation
- PSA has a ton of 200s still.
- Only a matter of time before oil
sky rockets and 50
seaters start being parked again

- We are just now upgrading people
for aircraft #19 of 37.

- I really believe the upgrade time
will stay at 12-16 months here for
atleast a year.

Exactly. I would argue that Mesa is a very stable place to work right now. With all of the soon to be 2nd and 3rd year CAs running around our labor costs will be a fraction of everyone else's. That and our current growth is slow but steady, which I think is better for the company right now. Nobody wants to ride the roller coaster of crazy growth followed by bankruptcy when the company fails to staff.

Wild, unprecedented growth would be a scary place to be right now with so many regionals hiring full swing at the moment. It will be nothing short of a miracle if TSA and PSA actually staff all of the aircraft they have coming in. I'd be scared as hell if tomorrow the company announced 40 additional aircraft were coming in starting next year. I like the idea of adding a few aircraft here and there, coupled with attrition once the non lifers accumulate enough TPIC to move on.

Is this 7 additional CRJs confirmed?

Thanks all for the replies.
I would like to work in DFW area that's the closest domicile to me for any airline I've looked at, but it's still a 5-6 hour drive from my hometown. My second choice would be Phoenix. Still a tough decision for me... gotta go with my gut eventually I suppose.
