I love my Polar heart rate tracker and wrist pedometer. It is very accurate at the gym. The wrist thing logs my heart rate and then syncs to my computer. Pretty cool if you are into tracking your stats. Now back to Mesa stuff! :)

Hypothetical:

You're assigned a trip that starts on your first day of reserve. Do you still need to be in base and available by phone by the start of your reserve period, prior to the show time for your assigned trip? Assume ample other reserves.

You need to have your phone on be able to make it to the gate in 90 minutes
