Does anyone use Smartcockpit? Thinking it would be good for familiarizing systems at the least. I have the oral guide by Boone, trying to get a handle on terms and definitions. Class is in Feb. Me...52,10,000+,simcom annual recurrent since 2000. Single turbine and multi piston. 91. Have been out for two years.

I don't think you'll need it. Plenty of time to learn all the material they want you to know. You've been in a structured environment before. No different. Don't waste your time or money with non Mesa study material. It's not that hard.

Because I said morbidly obese pilots are unprofessional?

Sounds like someone is a little butthurt over their morning breakfast with 12 donuts.

Everything you say about getting an interview at a major is true, true about getting hired at a major.. However I cannot agree about being a professional pilot. This job does not require you to have a six pack to sit on your ass all day long

What are the junior bases for FAs? I have a friend who just got hired.

[mod note]

Treat people the way you expect to be treated please. If you cannot be at least somewhat nice, then do not post. Several posts were pulled from this page.

Also, some people had a brainscape study card deck that was made by someone in class at some point. Free and worked well.
