I had about 10 days. Just finished my first IOE trip.

Zero. All digital now. That said, you'll still need a 3-ring binder, everyone ended up with a stack of papers about an inch and a half thick.

It went great, smooth as a baby's ass. Mesa's training dept. is top notch.

If you fail any part of 121 training, are fired or, as if it matters, asked to resign under other than favorable circumstances (i.e. what Clearance was saying), it is dislosable under PRIA. In fact, failing and receiving retraining under AQP is listed under PRIA as well.

Failing a type ride will result in a notice of disapproval which is a part of your permanent record. As for the other events, I am not sure.

No, that was a legit question. Different airlines do it differently. I would have upgraded several years sooner if my airline had used age vice SSN to determine in-class seniority.

Can you please be more specific. How do new hires study the aircraft systems manuals and op specs in training? Are you saying we load huge PDF's on our tablet or something like that? I'm surprised to hear it's ALL electronic.
