Those of you who are making the lateral move from another 121 we welcome you. We're happy to have you as long as you bring a positive attitude. Please do not bring a chip on your shoulder or start complaining the first day you're here. No one here at Mesa wants to fly with an arrogant cry baby.

I'd have to agree w you Kp. The morale changed horribly at 9E and that was the biggest thing to hurt over there. From the outside looking in it appears the Mesa is about to have a lot of growth and that is a POSITIVE thing. I'm already excited about my future as a YV pilot. It really is what you as a pilot make of it. Being professional and having a positive attitude go a long way in the cockpit. Attitude can make a 4 day trip go really fast or seem like an eternity.

When you are offering classes over the phone I don't think you can be picky about who comes to work at your airline. Spend a few more years in the industry and then maybe you are entitled to tell people how to act how have been in this industry 10X longer than you. 5 years ago Mesa was the cesspool of the industry and anyone who could was making the move to 9E, I expect Mesa to once again fall apart and the same pattern to repeat. In 2 years when this happens you'll be that pilot trying to get hired at 9E and griping about the industry.

Bitter much? I don't think endeavors gonna have any great rise from the ashes anytime soon. BTW you know who kinda had a rise from the ashes was actually mesa. Believe it or not they were outta the game for a while most people thought and hoped they were dead. (Lovely people btw) They shed all the 50 seat jets in ch.11 bk and furloughed half the pilot group etc.

Believe it or not as crap as some things can be at any regional they actually emerged out of it. They were, where you are now my friend. But the difference now however is that the mesa guys will have 1,500+ larger RJet PIC and you more than likely not in 2 years. Perhaps this is the part where you claim you're a captain who doesn't need any more time but then I might ask why are you still there?

Wild guess but you did the EtD program didn't you?

You're the kind of guy who has to blame everyone else for your bad decisions. Then you go around like a cancer poising everyone around you. Go somewhere else is all I am saying.
