Just my two cents, but quite a few regionals are saying they are hiring due to possible additional flying. I just don't see Mesa having everything in order and squared away, especially with a new aircraft type, to start flying these in 1Q13. It's most likely going to an established E175 carrier...Compass or Shuttle.

Well we've been running classes for a while now, and I do not get the impression there is an inordinate number of no-shows. I don't think what you're alluding to will truly be an issue. Just requires a doubling of effort in recruitment.

Again I'm not management so I don't know where they really will go. I'm staying optimistic.

I don't think "United E175 orders" are tell spring time... So "who" ever is getting them would not announce tell this winter..
