From what I've heard from people in class at Psa is that their 30 crj 900s are going to Clt along with the other 40 more they will get after AAG exercises it's option for the additional 40.The Mesa base in clt will start to shrink as more psa 900s come online and they will shift all of mesa flying back out west, hint the lax base, phx base growing and dfw coming soon.Also hearing rumors of a 900 base in Mia, possibly Psa.

Just talked to a new-hire in PHX: A total of 25 finishing their orals, and 1/3 of them being sent to Europe for Sim training.

That is accurate. I just finished my oral this week and am fortunate to have sim in Phoenix. It's nice to be home for the summer but I'm sure I'll pay for it as soon as I get shipped off to IAD in August.
