Mesa Air Group Chapter 11 Info

Reading this thread reminds me why there will never be a true National Pilot Union nor any serious willingness of pilots to work together for a common cause.
Enjoy your individual contracts, folks, because that's about as good as it's going to get.

Everybody who is still there says it got much, much worse after I left with possible slight improvements in 2009. Don't kid yourself, the whole point of my being in this discussion is to remind people that they can do better, either by leaving or maybe standing up to OJ.

And some posters here don't have contracts to begin with.

This thread is on a road to nowhere. IMO only winglet should post in this thread; maybe the occasional question about the information he posts. If you wanna start a bash mesa thread or bash various whipsaw operations thread feel free.

Speaking of Winglet here is a Q for him. Today a new docket was filed regarding all ERJs and a 60 day extension. Do you know what this means?
Thx Winglet

An agreement between MAG and the creditors of the 36 ERJ's has been made extending the 60 day stay preventing their reposession(Bankruptcy Code 1110b). The agreement is under seal so we won't see the details. These agreements favor either the debtor or the creditor depending on the used aircraft market, hint, hint.
