Hmm... well, it worked a little bit ago, I copied and pasted it from earlier in the thread, but I'm getting the same message. Sorry about that.

The court documents are required to be accessible to the public during bankruptcy. The link to the docket is located on the Mesa Air Group website.

On the right hand side under Restructuring, select Court Documents.

Select Docket.
Enter 368 in the Docket # search window.
Select Search.
Select Document.

You guys should check out docket #325 as well - quite a distinction from the format Mr. Freeze used. A personal favorite nonetheless. My hat goes off to Captain Freeze.

So are the Mesa pilots sending letters to the judge to beg him to allow Mesa to pull through? Any pilots sending letter begging him to let Mesa die?
Lay off it already. You sound like a broken record with your hatred for MAG. We're on life support but we'll pull through...or maybe not. If you care so much about MAG's demise, then go ahead start writing letters to the judge; you can go ahead and get your fellow pilots at your airline to write in as well. Let's see how far you'll get.

Either way, I am sure the sacrifice you and your family are making is appreciated in St. George.

Will the medical plans for senior execs be revised to extract more money from their pockets also?

DT300, will your letter be scrawled in crayon or will you cut letters from newspapers and magazines to form words?

Now why would I do that? I believe my letter is well written, to the point and explains why Mesa should no longer be in business.

Plus I signed it "The Dash Whisperer" so I am sure the judge will think I am the best Dash 8 pilot in the whole world
