I feel that ALPA as part of the creditors committee should get the committee to ask Judge Glenn to order JO's resignation of be forcefully removed. He should also have to return the godly amounts of money he's been making while the company has loosing money; due to his inept management and business decisions. The only way for MAG to survive is to kick JO to the curb. They need to clean up the management team buy cutting Foley and the rest of JO's lackies as well.

Dear Judge Glenn
I can speak for almost all of us at Mesa Airlines, that our CEO
(J. Ornstein) has bought this airline down. He cheats of out of pay
and treats us badly. He should be forced out. All he cares about is himself
He is a scammer. If he can't be forced out, his pay should be greatly reduced. It isn't the economy that put us in this situation. He has made blunder-after-blunder the last few years! He was involved in a stock-trading scam in the past Please, please, take this letter into accounr in your decisions. He's a bad person
Thank you
The Concerned

This is a terrific thread but a 'document' like this is unbelievable.
Does anyone think Mesa's lawyers are writing briefs like this?

Even though I agree with the intent of the letter; I'm surprised they even entered it into the court documents. At least the person coould have typed it out and spell checked the damn thing before sending it to the court. Jeez!

Don't laugh too much. The last gas crunch almost killed the 50 seat jet market. Don't think it can't happen again. The best way to go is the 70 to 100 seat jet market which is why Republic and Skywest are growing that way. These are the planes United is interested in contracting their flying. Express needs to start buying bigger airplanes or be left behind like Eagle.
