Even though I agree with the intent of the letter; I'm surprised they even entered it into the court documents. At least the person coould have typed it out and spell checked the damn thing before sending it to the court. Jeez!

I feel that ALPA as part of the creditors committee should get the committee to ask Judge Glenn to order JO's resignation of be forcefully removed. He should also have to return the godly amounts of money he's been making while the company has loosing money; due to his inept management and business decisions. The only way for MAG to survive is to kick JO to the curb. They need to clean up the management team buy cutting Foley and the rest of JO's lackies as well.

He is a scammer. If he can't be forced out, his pay should be greatly reduced. It isn't the economy that put us in this situation. He has made blunder-after-blunder the last few years! He was involved in a stock-trading scam in the past Please, please, take this letter into accounr in your decisions. He's a bad person

Thank you

LMAO that is priceless. I hope they read the letter in front of the court. That is outstanding

Why? Because it makes pilots appear to be a bunch of illiterates and whiners?

This is a terrific thread but a 'document' like this is unbelievable.

Does anyone think Mesa's lawyers are writing briefs like this?

What makes you think it was a pilot?

There's quite a few mistakes in your post as well. If you are going to write about the errors don't make them yourself.

There's a difference. This is an informal internet forum, not an official letter to a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge.

Express needs to start buying bigger airplanes or be left behind like Eagle.
While the last 50 seat jet pilot hasn't been hired yet, I think you are right. The wave of the future in the airlines is regionals flying 70-100 seat airliners.

Well lets hope for all our sakes its in the 70-76 seat Airliners, not 70-100 seat.
