Ratheon doesn't have a case. These aircraft are clearly good to go, just add fuel!

Thats not a problem, the first plane looks like it still have one good engine it can tow the rest of the 1900's.

It looks like the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York has filed a NOTICE OF APPEARANCE AND DEMAND FOR SERVICE OF PAPERS. Is this standard in bankruptcy proceedings?

I will try to answer my own questions:
Maybe MESA has a significant unsettled Federal tax liabilities, such as inadequate employee withholding?

Good luck trying to unload federal taxes in BK court...they will probably come after the principles with criminal papers if they don't cough it up.

It's slowly happening, I think we will we down to 18 planes flying for them in a couple months.
