Wow. Just wow...that shot a mile over your head.

Word of caution for those going into the ejet from crj or off the street. Mesa ejet training is one of, if not, one of the worst training departments I've encountered at an airline. Possibly on par with PSA crj training. Leave to another airline while you can, be a DEC at gojet and Ge the bonus, or literally anywhere else. Or stay on crj until they get thier sh1t together. I's sloppy, all over the place, and not standard at all. Mesa CRJ training was leagues ahead of the EJET training. They require you to learn unnecessary and over the top numbers/info. Systems class is a joke and consists of 2 days of running through slides then a test that has questions where you never saw anywhere in your life, and questions that don't make sense. Checkrides are being done by over the top examiners who brag about failing people. One of them is notorious for this. Orals are unessesarily difficult and 3+ hours long. Instead of it being like a conversation format, this is like you playing who wants to be a millionare. Everyone gets different checkrides and it's never the same.

Mesa is in dire need of AQP training for the ejet. Trust me, stay on the crj while you can. Or go to any other airline than to deal with this 2 months of hell called Mesa ejet training.

What is there to respond to? You're aware as everyone else that Boeing has **** the bed and Airbus can't deliver airplanes fast enough. There are no "spare" airplanes at mainline.

Default The future?

Does anybody know how many planes are left in the desert or did Skywest take them all? I'm just curious because after the CRJ transition finishes and the CRJ are gone do we even have EJETS replace them? And if we don't wouldn't we be overstaffed meaning more furloughs coming?

Nah, Mesa owns some of them outright. I forget the number. 18 comes to mind? Somebody with more current info can correct me.

Is it true Mesa is looking to start up a contract again with Delta. Anyone heard of?

The same Mesa that SUED Delta for terminating their contract for Mesa's performance failures? I'd be shocked if Delta was looking to do business with Mesa again, especially given that JO is still running the circus.

Yeah for example in Mesa ejet training they push P/B/D hard, and I've heard some even failed checks because they didn't know how to do it. In my 10 YEARS of 121 flying... Never on the line did I ever get asked by atc to do a p/b/d... And if they did, I'd just simply ask for a heading/vector. Let that sink in.... In 10 years of 121 flying I never even got asked once by atc to do a P/B/D nor did my buddy at united who's been flying the line for 15+ years.

Not that pbd is difficult by any means, but just shows what time is wasted in training doing something totally unnessesary and you won't ever have to do in real life, when that time can be better spent doing something actually worthwhile like v1 cuts, etc.
