United is thinking of buying Mesa. The only thing holding it up is United's FA union won't allow it. So, nice try on trying to stir crap up. That article is old and it HAS been debunked.

Haha! They're circulating this rumor at Mesa now too? I remember this same garbage being spread at ExpressJet for years. Don't hold your breath, United isn't buying anybody.

The rumor of bankruptcy serves a bigger purpose than an actual bankruptcy would. Either way - bankruptcy or not - it’s good news all around.

I saw today Mesa is not having the earnings call and also filing a delay on reporting numbers. The stock is down 20%, so that can’t be good.

If we lose American Eagle flying what happens to the 900s I know we can’t fly them for United. Will the 900 pilots have to transition over to the 175? Hearing that American is drastically cutting our flying and rumors that eventually losing American Eagle.
