If they were buying airplanes then sure they are selling parts and old planes to buy new ones nothing to worry about.

You would have to take them down to 50. United is MAXED on 70+seat jets. If United wants to add 40 900 they will need to park 40 E170/175 or Or 700s.
I just don’t see them doing that to give flying to an operation that can’t operated the nicer planes they are already supposed to fly for United.

Who are you trying to convince, yourself or everyone else? Moving 900's isn't putting the fire out, it is actually moving the same fire to another location. Mesa is in triage mode, and frankly, United is not going to change that.

Scope is a non argument. I’ve shown where scope isn’t violated via the public 8-K filing. At least for 20 airplanes. We can fly those 20 plus the parked 550s that UA owns. We have trained current pilots to do it. Then we can transition out the 900s over coming years after our 175s are fully staffed. I don’t see why this is so far fetched.

Yes, you don’t think investors are watching this closely particularly given the failure to file the 10-k timely? This is what analysts do. I sincerely hope this works out for all involved, but I do think it’s time for JO to retire and let someone else take the helm.
