Well the “to raise liquidity” grabs more than the selling part. They are not buying airplanes, the liquidity is payroll. We need to sell parts to make payroll is what was said.

If they were buying airplanes then sure they are selling parts and old planes to buy new ones nothing to worry about.

I just don’t see them doing that to give flying to an operation that can’t operated the nicer planes they are already supposed to fly for United.
Does gross weight also come in to play with scope and the 900?

Who are you trying to convince, yourself or everyone else? Moving 900's isn't putting the fire out, it is actually moving the same fire to another location. Mesa is in triage mode, and frankly, United is not going to change that.

Yep.
Just one of those things that make you shake your head in disbelief.

It makes absolutely zero sense.

Didn’t we already determine a few pages back that Pangolin is in his/her own universe?

No. The LL gross weight is the same as the normal 175. We even removed seats from 175s during covid.

There is some cognitive dissonance going on but time will tell if I’m on the right side of it or not.

Scope is a non argument. I’ve shown where scope isn’t violated via the public 8-K filing. At least for 20 airplanes. We can fly those 20 plus the parked 550s that UA owns. We have trained current pilots to do it. Then we can transition out the 900s over coming years after our 175s are fully staffed. I don’t see why this is so far fetched.

Yes, you don’t think investors are watching this closely particularly given the failure to file the 10-k timely? This is what analysts do. I sincerely hope this works out for all involved, but I do think it’s time for JO to retire and let someone else take the helm.
