I except some colorful lawsuits from shareholders after everyone realizes that this is just JO blatantly lying.
Planes moving to UA but keeping DFW and PHX as bases? Puh-leeze.
Best deal ever done by a regional? Damn.

there’s also a gross weight limit for 59 seat aircraft. The 900 would need to be re-certified

Best of luck to all the Mesa employees, but it couldn’t be happening to a nicer guy. JO has been a POS his entire time in the industry. A snake oil salesman that has lined his pockets while paying his people like they were hourly day laborers. Don’t let his talk about the 900s coming to UAL fool you, now may be the time to maybe take advantage of some of the insane signing bonuses for RJ street CAs and update your resumes with the majors before reality hits 3 months from now. We’re at our max for 70/76 seaters. If you think the UAL pilots will give an inch on scope, I’ve got some ocean front property to sell you in Arizona.

APC shows 898 Mesa pilots. I can tell you right now. Even SkyWest could take every single one as they are down 1000 pilots.. factor in Envoy and PSA heck even Horizon and there is a home for every single guy/gal. Time to show JO he can’t mess with the industry anymore. This is a defining moment take it..

changing subjects. United wouldn’t have declined to comment on the 900s. “They would have said we are excited to add this great aircraft to our fleet. It will be great for our passengers and will improve the United experience.”
We all know that is BS but they would have made a big show about the 900. No comment means United is not impressed by JO
