With envoy offering 160,000 to new hires and Mesa refusing to pay a lot of us our 20,000 bonus I don’t know why anyone would come here.

If you can afford it, it’s about the long game. If you can get your hours and get out a year early that’s worth $300k for someone with longer than a 12 year legacy career. That’s the only reason I would say Mesa is worth it.

Right now basically zero. Yes you’re on reserve but you’re flying so much you have a line. The company sent out an email yesterday offering 300% pay for people to sit on reserve an extra day or two

Still lowest paid 70 seat operator by a wide margin. Relatively no work rules to boost pay. Extra $20k to start. Aviate pilots are starting to flow at a good rate

I would join up, but not on the CRJ side. It’s lower flying hours, overstaffed and more reserve sits. Just MHO

offering and getting the “envoy 160K blah blah blah” are two different things! Go where you pass the interview and are wanted bot to mention…

August IOE students got lines by october, (because most missed the bid deadline) i would say 1 month and IAH has 16,000-17,000 hours of flying per month … so far
