In the past it’s been 20K pre tax not post, paid after completion of IOE and was a 24 month contract that you would have to pay back the equivalent amount depending on how long you were here for. EG. If you left 8 months after IOE you would have to pay back 16/24ths of it.

I’m gonna have to call bogus on that. Pre-covid no matter what you’re flying 600 hours a year. The reserve grids were always always red you were always flying reserve or line. My first year I got 900 hours up until March when COVID started to be taken seriously. You will absolutely fly your ass of here because Mesa will always deliberately be understaffed and given incentive pay.

It’s part of the Aviate program designed to get people used to life at United. Aircraft and F/A swaps almost every leg is the norm around here. 😁
