ERJ we have high credit pairings. Working 90+ hours. Still 14 days off. Aviate taking pilots. No retention bonus though.

That’s why Envoy had to offer huge retention bonuses. They were gonna lose pilots to Mesa. You’d be a fool to leave at this point.

If Envoy was going to lose a bunch of pilots to Mesa, that would be a world turned upside down situation.

Last month for AQP there were some crews working in the ground for the two open spots at the end.

*Aviate was taking pilots. We’re about to hit 3 months with no transfers. Hopefully Starts again soon

I agree quality of life on ejet will probably be better. Crj will only be worth it if you live in DFW.
